I’m Meredith Kramer, a Yoga teacher in northern Westchester, NY.

I found Yoga in 2000. My personal practice is always changing: from hot and sweaty, to meditation, to a single deep breath – always listening to my body.

My goal is to support your wellness journey, while exploring safely. Group classes are light-hearted and accessible. Private sessions are personalized.
