A period of no less than 24-hour’s notice is required to cancel or reschedule sessions. This time has been set aside, and sessions have been meticulously planned and personalized for you. This also means that no one else can be served in that slot. If less than that is provided, then the client will forfeit half (50%) the cost of that session.
There are no refunds for workshops. Class packages will not be refunded, but may be rescheduled to be used within 3 months of the previously agreed upon expiration date.
Exceptions for extenuating circumstances may change this policy at the provider’s discretion. It is paramount to remain in communication with the provider, lest there be any confusion.
