RYT500, Advanced Teacher of Therapeutic Yoga
We come to our mats to stretch our hamstrings and hope.
I have been practicing yoga since 2000 and completed my latest certification through the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health in the Berkshires, Massachusetts. I practice too many styles of Yoga to count.
Everyone is welcome in class to cultivate a sense of play and exploration. Every body and everybody will find their version of the pose.
When not on the mat, you can find me doing karaoke, or devouring a novel whole. I am also a high school Spanish teacher. Read the blog, unfurl your mat, and come play!
